These are the community guidelines you, as an Attendee of this Event hosted by One Functional Person Ltd (operating as Illuminated Path) and its affiliates, agree to abide by.
You agree and undertake:
- Not to do or permit anything to be done at the Venue or during the Event which is illegal, or may become an annoyance, inconvenience or disturbance to the Venue owner, the coordinator of the Event, any other attendees or any owner or occupier of any neighboring property;
- To permit searches of any containers, bags and boxes that you may bring onto the Venue during the Event;
- Not to cause or permit to be caused any damage to the Venue, including any furnishings, equipment or fixtures at the Venue;
- Not to smoke (including e-cigarettes) anywhere in the Venue except for designated smoking areas;
- Not to display any advertisement, flag, banner or placard without the prior written consent of the Venue owner or coordinator of the Event;
- Not to alter, move or interfere with any lighting, heating, power, cabling or other electrical fittings at the Venue;
- To leave the Venue in a clean and tidy condition;
- Not bring any animal into the venue without prior written consent of the Venue owner;
- Behave in a responsible and safe manner at the Event, including in a way which respects other attendees, vendors, suppliers and other third parties at the Event.
By attending the Event, you confirm that you are in generally good mental and physical health. You understand that participation in the Event can be an emotional experience, and that you will be responsible to ensure your own safety and protection of your mental health.
